My initial efforts to purchase in the Jacksonville area were stalled by two agents whose efforts continually came up short. One was sure to mention the “bottom of the barrel” nature of property I was looking into. And neither was able to get me a fully executed CASH contract, much less to an actual closing. I lost out on 3 houses during this ordeal. Thankfully the fourth time was the charm for me.
